Helping Low-Income Cancer Patients
Eligibility
Patient eligibility is determined by three criteria – diagnosis, income, and residency.
- The patient must have a current diagnosis of cancer.
- Household income limits are based on 200% of the current Federal Poverty guidelines along with certain asset limitations.
- The patient must be a legal resident of the area served by Community Cancer Association and have resided here for at least six months.
Service Area
Community Cancer Association financially assists cancer patients in McLennan County, Texas. Due to additional funding from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, currently patients with breast cancer in Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Falls, and Milam counties are also eligible for assistance.
